PASMA Middle East Conference to boost UAE & Dubai Construction Industry
The UAE’s construction industry is expected to witness strong growth in the coming years. The U.A.E. is set to see a significant increase in the number of projects during 2018. Most of these projects are being developed to meet the anticipated rush of visitors during Dubai’s Expo 2020.
Optimism towards the UAE’s construction sector saw an increase over the last years, despite lower oil pricing in the GCC region and weaker global economic growth. Improved market sentiment in the UAE’s construction sector makes the Emirates the number one market in the region expected to deliver growth in 2018.
On the other hand, the U.A.E is the easiest GCC country to do business followed by Oman which holds the second rank. Dubai, in particular, is considered to be the emirate that has the most strategic geographical location to resolve regional conflicts.
It follows that the Emirates will provide significant investment opportunities for existing and new players to capitalize from the dynamics of the UAE’s construction industry.
